 If you book a group into the Dive, you make your own rules.

We are great for small groups (up to about 20 people).

We have been in business for 17 years
 We are unique and quite different from any INN you have seen before.
 We do not try to be a place for everyone.
Staying here is like coming home to a Commune.
 

WE ARE:
a clothing optional Guest House
an intimate and private place for mature, sensible Adults
safe environment for single women, 
a great place for groups of any kind
 

WE ARE NOT:
 a club or Bar 
a party house.---a place to pick-up someone
 
Not a place for "high maintenance" people

The pool is indoors.
The pool is heated, kept at about 90 degrees.
the 2 hot tubs are kept at 98 degrees
They are open twenty four hours. 
They are Clothing Optional

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends (Friday-Saturday-Sunday).
Events can be up to five night minimum stay. (Events, Mardi Gras- Jazz Fest, etc.)
 Single night stays may  be accepted on weeknights only. No Exceptions!
PLEASE! Do not tell me a story about why I should make an exception for you.

 We do not serve breakfast /(Coffee, fruit and juice).
No Smoking in rooms. Common areas OK.
 We have no off-street parking
 All rooms have a private bathroom.
All rooms are Air conditioned.
There are no telephones in the rooms, one at the bar.
There are no televisions in the rooms. There is a TV at the bar.
We offer a  wireless network for your Laptop.
No Room Service.
No children.
 No Pets.

EXTRA CHARGE FOR MORE THAN two people per room.

As you may note, we are not interested in having just anyone stay here; only special people. If you have doubts about staying with us, you probably fit the category to the right.
